Plymouth Half Marathon Primary School’s Challenge – Event Information

The Plymouth Half Marathon Primary School’s Challenge sees over 60 Primary Schools and over 3,500 students take part in their very own fun and enjoyable 13.1 mile challenge.

Working with Plymouth School Sports Partnership (PSSP) we team up with schools across the Plymouth to work area and get students involved in a fun, healthy activity where they will receive a T-shirt to run in for their last 1.1mile and a Finisher’s medal at the end.

Each student will complete 1 mile each week either at school or at home leading up to the Britain’s Ocean City Running Festival taking place on Sunday 17th May 2026 where they will complete their final 1.1 mile at the iconic Hoe Promenade with thousands of spectators.
